Position Scope

Job Summary
Responsible for following the steps of excellent service to provide a memorable experience for our guests. You will report to the General Manager.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Escort guests to their tables when needed.
- Review MVP program with all guests and demonstrate strong MVP Program knowledge.
- Review menus, answer questions about menu items, and upsell to improve dining experience. Explain ingredients and cooking methods.
- Input guest orders accurately into POS system.
- Check with guests to ensure meal satisfaction and take action to correct problems.
- Check guests’ identification to ensure minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Collect payments, remove dishes, clean and reset tables.
- Assist host/hostess and perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms).
- Roll silverware, stock service areas, and fill condiments.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
