• This role centers on your professional skills within the Restaurant And Food Service space in Lancaster.

Job Summary

Responsible for following the steps of excellent service to provide a memorable experience for our guests. You will report to the General Manager.

Major Areas of Responsibility

• Escort guests to their tables when needed.
• Review MVP program with all guests and demonstrate strong MVP Program knowledge.
• Review menus, answer questions about menu items, and upsell to improve dining experience. Explain ingredients and cooking methods.
• Input guest orders accurately into POS system.
• Check with guests to ensure meal satisfaction and take action to correct problems.
• Check guests’ identification to ensure minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
• Collect payments, remove dishes, clean and reset tables.
• Assist host/hostess and perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms).
• Roll silverware, stock service areas, and fill condiments.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers.
